Expansion of the existing Stavropol-west cluster

Aiming to increase the size of its existing cluster, RZ Agro is ready to examine proposals for acquisition of farms and separate land plots, which correspond to the following parameters:

Location:	Stavropol region (regions: Izobilnensky, Novoalexandrovsky, Trunovskogo, Krasnogvardeysky Kochubey, Grachevsky, Petrovsky, Shpakovsky)
Land category:	Arable land (share of arable land 90%-100%)
Soil quality:	Land suitable for efficient grain production, with high precipitation level
Land rights:	Freehold (land ownership) or long-term lease
Investment target:	100% stake in legal entities which directly own land or have long-term lease rights.
